A builder who moves business metrics.

Sebastian Szewczyk

Hi. I'm Sebastian.

Everything I build ties back to revenue, retention, or customer acquisition. $247,000 retained, hundreds of hours freed, more reservations and calls. I'm not a technologist who happens to build useful things; I'm a builder who moves business metrics.

Real problems I solved

Three companies, three business problems moved.

Construction sales pipeline

Hundreds of sales hours reclaimed

Helped a construction firm of 20 scale past word of mouth deals and free up hundreds of hours their sales team once lost to hunting public permits and tenders by hand.

How?

Outside my day job, I built them a complete sales pipeline system that pulls leads straight from public registers for build permits, environmental permits, and tenders.

An LLM judges every lead against the firm's profile and forwards only the matches. Sales staff claim fresh leads and work them through the funnel, updating each one at every step. Those updates roll up into a dashboard that gives managers a live view of team performance and the success rate of the whole outbound strategy.

Automotive client retention

$247,000 retained annually

Stopped automotive clients from cutting ties by showing them the revenue they would walk away from. The initiative helped retain $247,000 a year.

How?

Clients of our digital insurance programs were flying blind, with no direct line to live analytics on how their program was performing. Account executives had to stitch the data together by hand from insurers, third party providers, and internal claims teams.

I automated those data flows and built interactive Power BI dashboards that gave clients a live snapshot of program performance. That handed account executives back the hours they had spent wrangling raw data, so they could focus on the client.

Local business demand growth

12 businesses won more calls and bookings

Turned 12 local businesses' thin web presence into more calls, more reservations, and more revenue, month after month.

How?

I co-founded a small studio for web design and digital growth, serving local restaurants, mechanic shops, and other firms that needed a stronger footing online.

I built them interactive, user focused websites, optimised their Google Business Profiles, chased down reviews from past customers, and executed a disciplined SEO plan. That lifted their credibility and their visibility across Google Maps and Search.

My repeatable method

Three stage process, one outcome

01

Embed and diagnose

I get close to the work and find the expensive things people have stopped noticing.

  • Sales reps researching and filtering leads by hand
  • Clients with zero visibility into whether a project is working
  • Good businesses invisible on Google
  • Employees spending hours working with documents and data manually
02

Build the fix myself

From a raw idea to a working system, without waiting for a team or a budget cycle.

03

Wire in modern tooling where it earns its place

Brought in only where it earns its place, in service of the outcome, never for its own sake.

  • Connected LLM workflows
  • Data automation
  • Dashboards
  • Web
04

The outcome

Hours reclaimed
Revenue retained
Customers gained

The same results, project after project.
